Portugal Untold is deliberately small. There is no call centre and no fleet: the person who answers your message is part of the same small team that plans your route and drives you through the region. It is the opposite of an anonymous tour, and it is why we only take one group at a time.

- The cancellation terms are set out in your written proposal, before you confirm.

We reply with availability, a suggested plan and the price for your vehicle.
3. Confirm in writing
Adjust anything you like. Your trip is booked only when you confirm the final proposal.
4. Enjoy the day
We meet you at the agreed time and place. The rest of the day is yours.
