Your information, handled simply.

What this website collects

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers or third-party embeds. Fonts, images, video and maps are served from this website.

The only personal information we receive is what you type into the request form: your name, email address, optional phone number and the details of your trip.

How the request form works

When you send a request, your details go to our server and are forwarded to us by email or to our booking system, so we can reply about availability, itinerary and price. We do not use them for marketing.

With your request we also receive the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a link with campaign tags (for example from a newsletter), those tags. They are not stored in your browser.

If online requests are not active, the form tells you so and nothing is sent or stored.

Statistics

If we measure visits, we use a privacy-friendly service without cookies that only counts anonymous events (such as “a request form was opened”). No names, emails or phone numbers are ever included.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data you have sent us. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
